• Your tickets will arrive in time for the event

Your tickets will be delivered to the billing address you provide; most tickets are shipped via Federal Express. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to you in sufficient time for the event.

• You will receive the exact tickets you paid for, or you will get a free upgrade

If you do not receive the exact tickets you ordered, All Access Tickets guarantees that replacement tickets will be of equal or greater value than the tickets originally requested.

• The tickets are guaranteed to be 100% real

Any tickets you buy from All Access Tickets are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event.

• Complete refund if event is canceled

In the event of a postponement, rain-out, or any other reschedule of the original event date, please hold onto your tickets to be used on the new date. Refunds and exchanges are not available for postponed events. All canceled events with no reschedule date will receive a full refund minus delivery charges upon receiving the returned original tickets at our office. The original tickets must be returned for a refund not more than 30 days past the performance date.
